SoapOpera46 or Yoli-Chan is the creator of Nyan~ Neko Sugar Girls, She's also the voice actor for the beloved Raku-Chan. According to Yoli-chan: she's from Tokyo, Japan, born on August 18, 1989. Her favorite character is Raku-chan! She posts on DeviantArt and YouTube, creating content as far back as 2009.

Raku-chan is an outgoing cat girl who loves to spend time with her friends Koneko-chan and Hitoshi-san, She often uses Japanese phrases such as “kawaii” every time she speaks.
Koneko-chan is one of the main characters in Nyan~ Neko Sugar Girls and is Raku-chan's best friend. They are both usually seen together alongside with Hitoshi or Raku-chan (mainly Raku-chan)
Hitoshi-san is one of main characters in Nyan~ Neko Sugar Girls. He seems to be the butt of some of the jokes in the series, and often ends his sentences with his catchphrase, “Nya, rawr~.”
Yume Bokutachi-san is the main antagonist of the show. He breaks into Hitoshi's house to abduct him, in which he is also shown to have a strong liking to Hitoshi-san.
Vet-Sama is a supporting character in Nyan~ Neko Sugar Girls. Vet-Sama makes her debut in episode 5, while Raku visits the vet after being affected by rabies. She's also a Shrine Maiden.
Skweekasquirr-chan is a normal squirrel that so happened to be grabbed by Raku on a sunny day.
Dolce-chan is the sister of Koneko-chan. She is a cocker spaniel who appears to be very energetic! She also doesn't speak in her appearance.
Betty-sempai is one of Raku-chans college friends who visits her when she isn't feeling well at a party! She has a strange, coarse voice.
Nya-sempai is a facebook friend with Raku and also an old-time college friend. She brought fruit punch when visiting Raku at her "get well" party!
Arsenal-sempai is tough and a man of few words. He is tall, but don't let that fool you into thinking he is mean! He visited Raku at her party alongside his, presumed, girlfriend!
Pollita-sempai is a short gal with a worrying heart. She is in a, presumed, relationship with Arsenal-sempai, coming with him to visit their college friend, Raku-chan.

...The Universe has shattered! Due to the death of Raku-Chan, the fabric of the universe broke apart. Bringing attention to Nekosu and Gato, who get to see the birth of Yin, Raku's true form! Yin is the partner of Ying, Nekosu's true name. Now the two work together to organize the messy sitution of the shatter. Will they keep it or will they try to clean it up!

Sugar~ Girl Raku-chan explores the past of the beloved Raku-chan as she first enters the scary world of college. She'll meet new friends and many challenges that she has to over come. But for Raku, all she wants is friends she can trust and laugh with. Will Raku finally get the friends she's dreamed of her entire life?

However, just because Raku-chan has struggles, doesn't mean others around her don't. Characters like Koneko and Nya are stuck in a confusing dilemma that only someone like Raku can get them out of. Perhaps what attracts people to Raku is the pure goodness she exudes, no matter the person. Perhaps her dream is what gives those around her so much power!

Despite being revived after a world-shattering heartbreak, Raku-Chan continues to remain just as kawaii and desu as she always is.
After the death of Raku-Chan, Koneko-Chan began to isolate herself from others, using anime and manga as a form of escapism.
She puts the wicked in “wicked witch”. After attempting to refuel her magic with the neko demon within Raku.
The death of Raku put a lot of guilt on Hitoshi’s shoulders. Wanting to move on, he continues his relationship with Bokutachi.
Bokutachi, has his life figured out. He’s happy with his boyfriend, and is able to manipulate anyone under his thumb.
Part vet, part shrine maiden; Vet-sama is the go-to for all problems facing the nekos. She cares about her friends  and uses nature’s magic to aid those she love.

"Nekko☆" is a alternate take on the NNSG series focusing on eastern myth and otherworldly beasts. This new franchise split will focus on vertical shooter games, akin to Touhou, and other content like manga and books. The world of Nekko☆ is vast and includes many bizarre new characters not seen in the original NNSG series. The many creatures and yokai of this world, the new stories of gods and guardians, all of this will be within the new world of expansive Nekko☆.
